About the Author : Mujibul Hasan Siddiqui, M.A. (Economics), B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phill. (Education), Ph.D. (Education) PGDHE, PGDDE, MADE, CCCA, CCPALA is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Education, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has authored and edited several books, encyclopaedias in the area education, research and innovative teaching, published more than fifty research papers, reviewed eighty national and international research papers. He is a member of editorial board of several national and international journal of research. He has guided several Ph.D. research scholars and research projects of M.Ed. students. He has received several academic and research excellence awards in India like Life Time Education Achievement Award, Bharat Gaurav Ratan Award, Best Educationist Award, Bharat Shiksha Ratan Award, Eminent Educationist Award, Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Purashkar.
