The Book titled ‘Scouring and Purification of Mind’ – is a map on how to navigate the rough terrain of mind. It draws several methods based on ancient as well as modern literature to purify the mental pollutions like anger, jealousy, laziness, ego, fear, etc. The book helps to calm the mind and fill it with peace and love. I am pleased to present my latest book titled – ‘Scouring and Purification of Mind’ before the readers. A human mind is very powerful it can create a new destiny for itself. The concept of Karma is laid on the premise that all humans can endeavor to uplift themselves into better individuals through conscious efforts. We are not condemned to be free, as Sartre would have it, but we are to be free through choice and effort. We have a choice. Each moment of life leads to succeeding moments that shape our future. It is our choice to either leave our destiny up to the universe or choose to shift our awareness and embrace the higher knowledge. While strong determination holds the key, that every action flows from earlier actions that give rise to the current act and denies the possibility of free will. Nothing is impossible, unless one thinks, it is. As a mortal being, it is limited but for conscious people, it is unlimited. Only need is to focus one’s attention and he shall have all the desired powers at his door step. Strong will is the instrument that lies within. If one continuously uses his will power, no matter what reverses come, it will produce success, health and power to help people. Keep trusting your belief, knowing it will be so. If outwardly you say- ‘I will’ but inwardly think- ‘I can’t’ , then it neutralizes the power of thoughts and emasculate your will.
