Sanchay Ghosal is a researcher pursuing his doctoral thesis, The Emergence and Consolidation of the BJP in Jharkhand: A Manifestation of Hindu Nationalism. Having qualified for the UGC-NET,he bridges academic research with practical political experience. He currently serves as an Advisor to a Rajya Sabha MP and former BJP Jharkhand State President, contributing to election strategies, political communication, policy initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and drafting strategic documents. He earlier worked with the then Leader of the Opposition in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, gaining experience in legislative processes, policy debates, and organisational management.
