William Sutcliffe is a British novelist born in 1971, whose work spans satirical fiction and young adult comedy. The Gifted, the Talented and Me, his YA novel published by Bloomsbury in 2019, won Sunday Times Children's Book of the Year and follows a self-described ordinary teenager navigating an elite London school for the gifted.
