Vijay Kirpekar

Vijay Kirpekar is a Marathi author specialising in the theory and practice of tala in Indian classical music. His works include ताल निनाद शास्त्र / क्रियात्मक विभाग (Tal Ninad Shastra), which covers both the conceptual framework and practical exercises of rhythm, published by Gajanan Book Depot, and Tal Vaibhav, a reference text used in tabla examinations from Praveshika to Visharad level.
