Venkat Raman Singh Shyam (b. 1970) is a contemporary Indian artist, recognized as a second-generation Pardhan Gond painter who trained under his uncle, Jangarh Singh Shyam. His art blends traditional Gond styles with modern influences, often drawing from his personal experiences and contemporary issues. S. Anand is an Indian author, publisher, and journalist who co-founded Navayana, a publishing house dedicated to anti-caste literature. He is known for annotating critical editions of B.R. Ambedkar's works and co-authoring the graphic novel "Bhimayana." Together, Venkat Ram Singh Shyam and S. Anand co-authored "Ganja Mahua Chronicles - Transports You To Another Time and Age and Space," a graphic autobiography exploring cultural narratives.
