Tripta Desai

Tripta Desai, who has taught at Northern Kentucky University since 1970, attended the University of Delhi and completed doctoral work at Washington State University. She is the author of Women in India, The East India Company, and The Cold War from 1945–74. In India-USA Diplomatic Relations: 1940–2002, published by Munshiram Manoharlal in 2006, she traces over six decades of engagement between India and the United States, from the late colonial period through independence and into the post-Cold War era.
