Swami Ji Maharaj, also known as Pujyapaad Rashtraguru Anant Shree Vibhushit Swami Ji Maharaj, was a revered Indian spiritual leader and ascetic who founded Shree Pitambara Peeth in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, in the 1920s. He was a devotee of Goddess Bagalamukhi and observed penance for 50 years until his samadhi in 1979. Known for his scholarly depth in Sanskrit and tantric traditions, he established a Sanskrit library at the Peeth. He is also remembered for organizing the Brahm Yagna, a significant Vedic fire ritual, and for his patriotic efforts during the 1962 Sino-Indian War. Swami Ji Maharaj is the author of diverse spiritual works including विविध स्तोत्राणि (Vividh Stotrani) and सिद्धान्तरहस्यम् अर्थात् सिद्धान्त रत्न मणिमाला (Siddhanta Rahasyam: Siddhanta Ratna Manimala).
