Siegfried Lienhard

Siegfried Lienhard (1927–2009) was a prominent Austrian Indologist and a distinguished scholar of classical Indian literature. He is the author of A History of Classical Poetry Sanskrit-Pali-Prakrit (A History of Indian Literature, Volume -3, Fasc. 1), which provides a comprehensive overview of poetic traditions across Sanskrit, Pali, and Prakrit languages.
