Shweta Taneja

Shweta Taneja is an Indian author of novels, short fiction, graphic novels, non-fiction, and comic books. The Matsya Curse is the second instalment in her Anantya Tantrist Mysteries series, published by HarperCollins in 2017. The series weaves Hindu mythological elements—gods, demi-gods, rakshasas, and Tantrik practitioners—into contemporary crime narratives set in Indian cities. Earlier titles in the series include Cult of Chaos, followed by The Rakta Queen.
