Ramshankar Tripathi and Thakur Sen Negi

Ramshankar Tripathi and Thakur Sen Negi are scholars who have worked on critical editions of Buddhist tantric texts. They collaborated on हेवज्रतन्त्रम् (Hevajratantram), a Sanskrit edition of the Hevajra Tantra that includes the Yogaratnamālā commentary by Kāṇha.
