Rajbir Singh is a senior professor in the Department of Psychology at Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana. Together with Dr. Radhey Shyam, also of MDU's psychology department, he authored आधुनिक संज्ञानात्मक मनोविज्ञान: एक प्रयोगात्मक उपागम — a Hindi-language textbook published by Haryana Sahitya Akademi that surveys cognitive psychology from psychophysics and perception through learning, memory, language, and intelligence using an experimental approach.
