Rajarama Shukla (born 1966) is a distinguished Sanskrit scholar, currently a Professor in the Vedic Darshan Department at Banaras Hindu University, and formerly the Vice-Chancellor of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. He was honored with the prestigious Badarayana Puraskar (President's Award) in 2002 and a special award from the Governor of Uttar Pradesh for his invaluable contributions to Sanskrit language and literature. He is the compiler of सामान्यनिरुक्तिवादार्थ: (Samanyaniruktivadarthah), a work originally collected by Sri Jivananda Vidyasagara Bhattacarya.
