Pulok K. Mukherjee is a distinguished professor and director at the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development, recognized for his work in traditional medicine-inspired drug discovery. Holding an M.Pharm, PhD, and designated as FRSC, he focuses on validating, formulating, and standardizing Indian medicinal plants to translate them from 'Farm to Pharma.' Mukherjee has an extensive publication record, with over 250 papers and more than 21,000 citations, and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
