Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya (1911–1990) was a renowned Indian spiritual leader, social reformer, philosopher, and freedom fighter. He founded the All World Gayatri Pariwar and the Brahmavarchas Shodh Sansthan (1979) in Shantikunj, Haridwar, dedicated to synthesizing science and spirituality and elevating human consciousness. A visionary of the 'Yug Nirman Yojna' (Campaign for Era Transformation), he performed extensive Gayatri mantra recitations and authored over 3,000 books in Hindi and English on spirituality, philosophy, self-management, and various aspects of life, including his autobiography My Life- Its Legacy and Message. He also translated the entire Vedic Vangmaya into lucid Hindi and famously renounced copyright on his works to promote free dissemination of spiritual knowledge.
