Pandit Shiva Dutta Bhidha

Pandit Shivadatta Dadhimatha was a noted scholar and editor of Sanskrit texts active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Often working with the Nirnaya Sagar Press in Bombay, he produced editions and commentaries for a wide range of classical works. His publications include an edition of Amarasimha's foundational Sanskrit thesaurus, the नामलिङ्गानुशासनं (Namalinganushasanam), also known as the Amarakosha.
