Pandit Ishwar Chandra

Pandit Ishwar Chandra contributed as scholarly editor to the new composed, greatly enlarged, and improved edition of the Sanskrit English Dictionary originally authored by Sir M. Monier-Williams. This two-volume etymologically and philologically arranged dictionary is published by Parimal Publication Pvt. Ltd. and represents a major revision of one of the foundational reference works in Sanskrit studies.
