P. N. Pattabhirama Shastri

P. N. Pattabhirama Shastri (1907–1984) was a distinguished Indian Sanskrit scholar, known for his deep knowledge of Mimamsa and other Shastra traditions. He served as the head of the Mimamsa department at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha. Shastri's work includes editions and commentaries on significant philosophical texts, such as श्रीपार्थसारथिमिश्रविरचिता शास्त्रदीपिका प्रभासहिता (Sriparthasarathi Mishra Virachita Shastra Dipika Prabhasahita), focusing on the foundational texts of Indian philosophy.
