Nishaant Choksi

Nishaant Choksi examines the oral and literary traditions of Gujarat's Adivasi communities in Tribal Literature of Gujarat, published by the Central Institute of Indian Languages. The work gathers and presents tribal folk literature, including Bhili folk songs, in both Gujarati and English. Choksi received his PhD from the University of Michigan and has taught at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar.
