Nagesh Bhatt

Nagesh Bhatt, also known as Nāgeśa Bhaṭṭa (circa 18th century), was a highly influential Sanskrit grammarian and philosopher from India. He is celebrated for his profound contributions to the Vyakarana tradition, particularly his commentaries on earlier grammatical works. Bhatt is the author of लघुशब्देन्दुशेखर: (Laghu Shabdendu Shekhar) and वैयाकरणसिद्धान्तलघुमञ्जूषा (Vaiyakarana-Siddhanta-Laghu-Manjusa), both foundational texts that meticulously analyze and elaborate upon the principles of Sanskrit grammar.
