N. Wollaston

Arthur Naylor Wollaston (1842–1922) was a British orientalist who joined the India Office in 1859 and contributed translations and introductions to the Wisdom of the East series. His translation of Sadi's Pand Namah, published as Sadi's Scroll of Wisdom, presents the aphoristic ethical verse of the medieval Persian poet Sa'di for English readers.
