MONICA

Monica Sharma is a physician and epidemiologist who worked for the United Nations for more than twenty years, developing and applying leadership frameworks across governments, universities, and civil society organisations worldwide. In Radical Transformational Leadership she outlines a conscious full-spectrum approach to systemic change, sourced from inner human capacity and oriented toward dignity, compassion, and equity. She holds the Tata Chair Professorship at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. The book won the Nautilus Gold Award for Business and Leadership.
