Michael Foreman

Michael Foreman is a British author and illustrator and a two-time winner of the Kate Greenaway Medal for British children's book illustration, awarded in 1982 and 1989. He illustrated Seasons of Splendour: Tales, Myths and Legends of India, a Puffin collection in which Madhur Jaffrey retells stories drawn from the Hindu epics and arranged according to the sequence of the Hindu year. Foreman's full-colour watercolour paintings accompany each tale.
