Manohar Shetty

Manohar Shetty was born in Bombay in 1953 and has lived in Goa since 1985. He has published eight volumes of poetry and served as editor of Goa Today. His collected poems, Full Disclosure: New and Collected Poems (1981–2017), gathers thirty-six years of work across a range of voices and registers, from close domestic observation to ironic wit. He has been a Senior Fellow of the Sahitya Akademi and appears in The Oxford India Anthology of Twelve Modern Indian Poets edited by Arvind Krishna Mehrotra.
