Mangal Dev Shastri

Mangal Dev Shastri (1890–1976) was a distinguished Sanskrit scholar and writer, known for serving as the principal of the Government Sanskrit College, Varanasi, and later as Vice-Chancellor of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University. He authored works such as 'Sanskrit Sahitya Ka Itihas' (History of Sanskrit Literature) and edited other scholarly texts. He is associated with the publication of उपेन्द्रविज्ञानसूत्रम् (Upendra Vigyan Sutram), a work by Shri Upendradatta Pandey.
