Laxmi Dhaul and Gitanjali Khanna

Laxmi Dhaul and Gitanjali Khanna are the co-authors of A Guide for Gentlemen Chefs, a cookbook in rhyme published by Niyogi Books. Laxmi Dhaul, an alumna of St Xavier's College and Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, has also written The Sufi Saint of Ajmer and a children's book, and is involved in renewable energy projects.
