Kaundabhatta

Kaundabhatta (c. 17th century) was a prominent Sanskrit grammarian and philosopher of the Navyanyaya school, known for his insightful commentaries on Paninian grammar. He was a grandson of Bhattoji Dikshita. His seminal work, Vaiyakaraṇa Bhushanasara, delves into the philosophical aspects of Sanskrit grammar. Kaundabhatta is the author of वैयाकरण भूषणसार दीपिका: Vaiyakarana Bhushansar with Saradipika Commentary by Pt. Dinabandhu Jha.
