Kala Krishnan Ramesh

Kala Krishnan Ramesh is an English-language poet based in Bangalore, where she teaches writing and Indian literature at Mount Carmel College. Her debut collection He Is Honey, Salt and the Most Perfect Grammar (HarperCollins India, 2016) gathers contemporary bhakti poems addressed to Murugan, the ancient Tamil god. A second collection, Offer Him All Things, Charred, Burned and Cindered, followed in 2019.
