Jagannath Vithala Dasa

Jagannath Vithala Dasa composed ಹರಿ ಕಥಾಮೃತ ಸಾರ (Hari Kathamrita Sara) in Kannada, a philosophical work of 32 cantos and 988 verses written in the native shatpadi metre. A saint-poet of the Haridasa tradition of Karnataka, he was a pupil of Varadendra Tirtha of the Raghavendra Math and is regarded as one of the foremost exponents of Madhva's Dvaita Vedanta through Kannada devotional poetry.
