Govindarajiya

Govindaraja was a 17th-century scholar of the Sri Vaishnava tradition. He is the author of the renowned Sanskrit commentary on the Valmiki Ramayana, known as the Rāmāyaṇa-bhūṣaṇa or, more popularly, the Govindarājīya. His commentary is one of the most widely studied traditional exegeses of the epic.
