F. L. Woodward

F.L. Woodward (1871–1952) was an English educationist, Pali scholar, and theosophist who devoted his scholarly career to the study of Theravada Buddhism. He translated eighteen of the forty-two volumes of the Pali canon into English and published several original works on Buddhist thought, including Buddhist Stories, issued by the Theosophical Publishing House, Adyar.
