Elizabeth Wein

Elizabeth Wein holds a PhD in Folklore from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Scotland, where she is also a licensed pilot. She is the author of Code Name Verity (2012), a Michael L. Printz Award Honor book, and several other novels set during World War II. The Enigma Game revisits that wartime world through three young protagonists at a Scottish airfield, exploring wartime secrets and moral courage.
