Nilanjana S. Roy is an Indian journalist, literary critic, editor, and author. She has written award-winning fiction and essay collections, and has served as chief editor at Westland (Limited) and Tranquebar Press. Roy is the editor of several anthologies, including "A Matter of Taste: The Penguin Book of Indian Writing on Food," which explores diverse Indian perspectives on culinary culture.
