Dr. Veer Mayank And Dr. Nidhi Saxena

Dr. Veer Mayank, affiliated with the Department of Law at Sikkim University, and Dr. Nidhi Saxena are legal scholars who write on public health law, global health governance, and constitutional issues. Their co-edited volume brings together contributions examining legal challenges that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic across six thematic domains, including health and human rights, technology and education, judicial responses, and cyber law.
