Dr. Shamsa Fiaz

Dr. Shamsa Fiaz is a Professor and Head of Department in Shalakya Tantra at the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, specializing in Ayurvedic ophthalmology and ENT. With M.S. (Ayurveda) and Ph.D. degrees in Shalakya Tantra, she possesses extensive academic and clinical experience, having guided numerous theses and delivered lectures internationally. Dr. Fiaz is the author of Concept of Adhimantha: Glaucoma in Ayurveda and Modern Science, a comparative study examining the understanding and management of glaucoma from both traditional Ayurvedic and contemporary medical perspectives.
