Dr. Prakash L. Hegde and Dr. Harini A. are co-authors of A Text Book of Dravyaguna Vijnana, a three-volume work structured according to the syllabus of the Central Council of Indian Medicine. Dr. Hegde serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Dravyaguna at SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital, Hassan, Karnataka, and has also served as Chairperson of the Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, New Delhi.
