Dr. Prakash Paranjpe

Dr. Prakash Paranjpe is a well-known scholar and practitioner of Ayurveda and Western medicine, dedicated to the scientific development of ancient Indian medicine. He is a founder member and director of the Ayurveda Research Foundation, Pune, India, and also directs S.K.A. Ayurveda, Milan, Italy. Dr. Paranjpe has published numerous research articles in Indian and foreign scientific journals and has delivered lectures on Ayurveda and medicinal herbs internationally. He has authored several books including "Ayurvedic Medicine: The Living Tradition," "Herbs for Beauty," and "Ayurvedic Home Remedies."
