Dr. M. Muslehuddin was a scholar of Islamic jurisprudence who wrote on the intersection of religious law with contemporary subjects. His works include an examination of Islamic theology's relationship with Greek philosophy and a study of modern finance in his book, Banking and Islamic Law.
