Dr M. Ali

Dr M. Ali is a professor of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, with over fifteen years of teaching experience. He has published more than 170 research papers in national and international journals and has authored several reference books for pharmacy students. His book on ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) examines the herb's anti-stress, sedative, and restorative properties and the range of conditions it addresses.
