Dr. Anil K. Mehta and Dr. Raghunandan Sharma

Dr. Anil K. Mehta and Dr. Raghunandan Sharma document the classical and contemporary practices of Ayurvedic pharmacy — covering collection, purification, compounding, dosage, and modern manufacturing techniques including Good Manufacturing Practices — in their work published by Chaukhamba Sanskrit Pratishthan. Dr. Mehta trained at Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, comes from a Punjab family of vaidyas, and later established the European Institute of Scientific Research on Ayurveda, authoring works on Ayurveda and Panchakarma in English, Hindi, and Dutch.
