Devi Prasad Dvivedi

Devi Prasad Dwivedi (born 1956) is a renowned Indian writer, teacher, and Sanskrit scholar, holding the position of Professor of Linguistics at Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. He was honored with the Padma Shri in 2011 and the Padma Bhushan in 2017 for his significant contributions to literature and education. Among his published works is चित्रचम्पूकाव्यस्य ससमीक्ष सम्पादनम् (Chitrachampukavyasya Sasamiksam Sampadanam), a critical edition of the Chitrachampu Kavya.
