Chandraman Munikar

Chandraman Munikar is the founding Chairman of Vajra Kala Kunja in Nepal and a practitioner of the ancient Newar dance form Charya Nritya, a Vajrayana tantric practice described as moving meditation. He documents the philosophy, cultural heritage, and educational dimensions of this tradition, which draws on the concept of sunyata and uses bodily movement to evoke meditative states. His book is an English translation of the Nepali edition published in 2014, launched at the Mandala Theatre in Kathmandu.
