Bodhisattva Gallery, located in Kathmandu, was founded by Purna Man Shakya and is directed by Prajwol Man Shakya. Since the late 1980s the gallery has commissioned and documented traditional Newar art forms including paubha painting, stone and metal sculpture, and lost-wax metalwork. It has produced exhibition catalogues recording important events in the tradition, including a 2011 survey of Newar art from the Shakya family collection and a 2016 retrospective of paubha artist Samundra Man Singh Shrestha.
