Belagere Krishna Shastri

Belagere Krishna Shastri (1918–2013) was a celebrated Indian writer, educator, Gandhian thinker, and spiritual seeker, recognized for his significant contributions to Kannada literature and dedicated social work in Karnataka. He founded the Shree Sharada Mandira Educational Institution and was honored with the Rajyotsava Prashasti by the Karnataka government in 2004. His notable work, `ಯೇಗ್ದಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಐತೆ` (Yegdagella Aithe), is a memoir of his mentor, Mukundooru Swamiji, whose spiritual depths and miracles he documented, presenting the Swamiji's teachings in a simple, accessible style.
