Abraham M.Francis

M. Francis Abraham is a sociologist and the author of Modern Sociological Theory: An Introduction, published by Oxford University Press. The book surveys the principal schools of contemporary theory — including structural functionalism, conflict theory, symbolic interactionism, and phenomenological sociology — and has served as a widely used academic introduction to the field. He is also the author of Contemporary Sociology, also published by Oxford University Press.
