A.N. Kapoor

A.N. Kapoor taught English at Agra and Delhi universities for over four decades and has authored, edited, or compiled more than a hundred reference titles including encyclopaedias, language dictionaries, and works on Indian history, literature, and mythology. An Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Indian Mythology, published by Radha Publications, Delhi, is one of several large-scale reference works he produced, providing entries on the deities, figures, and stories of the Indian mythological tradition.
