Billhook Knife is a multipurpose kitchen knife, suitable to all the cutting purposes. It is made from Iron, with plastic handle, made by traditional blacksmiths of Pallassena of Palakkad, in Kerala. This knife has a fabulous finishing and it is durable also.

Our handmade Knife are strong, sharp, sturdy, and has great value not only for its material but also the traditional techniques that it was crafted with. Handmade knives are mostly made of a single piece of steel.

Cleaning:

Cleaning of this knife is also easy. After every use the knife should be cleaned and kept inside. For regular cleaning, a brush dipped in soap water can be used. For a thorough cleaning after cutting through a jackfruit, little coconut oil can be used first and then soap water can be used.
